Planning may be the most difficult part of getting things done. At no time is this more true than when an organization is starting up or needs to take note of where it is so that it can change direction or intensify its efforts. We provide a methodical approach.

Our approach to business planning and research is as follows:

We jointly draft plan components including mission / vision (why we are in business, what we are trying to accomplish), which groups or individuals constitue our target audience, the scope (geography, products / services, types of customers), key competencies  / competitive advantage, go to market approach, operations / logistics, internal controls and financial plan, pricing strategy, and administration.

 

We then create templates and use them to guide us through a planning session.   In that session, we identify what needs to be validated via research and other data gathering.

 

We than perform the validation and analysis and create a financial plan and projections.

 

This is then converted into an overall business plan supported by research and analysis, which we then refine jointly with you.

 

This plan then is presented to stakeholders for approval and obtaining funding.

 

 

We then put in place processes and metrics to guide implementation of the plan.
